These Terms of Service govern your use of naazveils.in and any purchase you make with us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them — we have kept them clear and fair.

Naaz Veils is a modest-wear label based in Mumbai, India.

We craft and curate our hijabs and modest-wear pieces with care, and we describe each one as accurately as we can. Because fabrics are photographed and screens vary, actual colours and textures may differ slightly from the images. Minor variation in handcrafted pieces is part of their charm, not a defect.

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We confirm by email once the order is accepted. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we cannot verify payment — and in that case any amount charged is refunded in full.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; we do not store your card details.

We offer free delivery on orders over ₹999. For smaller orders, your exact shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, and every order is tracked. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may vary with your location and courier conditions. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

We want you to love your veil. If something is not right, reach out to us soon after delivery and we will do our best to help with a return or exchange, subject to the item being unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Please review colour, fabric, and size details before ordering. For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return — any such exceptions will be noted on the product page.

All content on this site — our name, logo, designs, photographs, and text — belongs to Naaz Veils and is protected by law. Please do not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, misuse accounts, or access it in ways that could harm the store or other shoppers.

We provide the website and our products with genuine care, but to the extent permitted by law, Naaz Veils is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
